A special shout-out to Ashley who was so nice and the installers, the Diaz family who did an outstanding job! They were punctual, respectful, and worked with great skill and precision. My floors came out absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

It’s not always easy to find companies that deliver exactly what they promise, but Lake Mary Laminate Flooring Center exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service!

From start to finish, the process of my picking my floors and having them installed was easy breezy. Ashley and Joe were a pleasure to communicate with. They respond quickly and are so sweet and helpful. The install team was amazing. The were very professional, organized and cleaned up after every day. They made sure I was happy each step of the way. They moved my furniture gently and treated everything with respect. They completed the job so quickly too. Absolutely amazing team! Highly recommend them.

We decided to go with Lake Mary Flooring not only for the beautiful flooring options they had, but most importantly for the quality of the inventory they carry. Joe and Ashley are very knowledgeable and provide TOP TIER customer service. They put us at ease with any concerns we had and addressed all of our issues very diligently. We have been very satisfied with the flooring we choose and would give the most highest recommendation to Lake Mary Flooring. If you are looking for quality, knowledge, customer care and peace of mind, this is the place you need to do business with. Lastly, this picture does not do this flooring any justice. I can't say enough good things about Lake Mary Flooring. The team is amazing. The process for selecting and purchasing so easy and seamless. The crew that installed the floors so incredibly nice, quick and efficient.

The prices are reasonable and they are so easy to work with. I was able to take home several samples to see which one I liked in the various lighting in my home. Then I picked what I wanted. We scheduled the install based on the renovation schedule I had and everything went in easy peasy lemon squeezy!

From the moment we walked into the store, Ashley and Joe provided top notch service. We had quotes from a few other places but kept going back to the way the team at Lake Mary Flooring made us feel. Couldn't be happier with our new flooring. Joe was very helpful and patient with us when we were making our selection (no high pressure sales), and Tyler did a phenomenal job installing it (I don't think anyone could have done a better job on the stairs. He's a true craftsman.)...all at a fair and transparent price.

The whole experience was low stress and the results were fantastic. Highly recommend!
